I don't typically take the time to leave reviews but I feel like I need to for this business as the whole refinance process was painless, took less than a month and with no pressure. We had been working with several of the bigger online mortgage lenders for about 2 weeks since rates were at an all time low trying to refinance our house. I was getting frustrated with their lack of knowledge of what I thought were basic questions that they should have had answers for. Also, the communication portion dealing with them was terrible as they either didn't answer when I called or didn't return my calls when they said they would. I got a flier in the mail for Mortgage Bee, gave them a call after reading through their reviews. From the first phone call I knew I was dealing with someone different. The Mortgage Bee’s team answered every question I had without hesitation, or having to look something up. I was honest and let them know where we were in the process, who we were dealing with, where my current quoted rates were at and he said he would do what he could to try and help and at the very least answer any questions I had even if we didn't go with them. As we worked through the process and ultimately went with Mortgage Bee, it was strictly because of the Mortgage Bee’s team knowledge and informative, no pressure style. The team asked us what our preferred method of communication was (text of course) and kept us updated via text along the way. This is our 4th refi we've done and by far the easiest, most efficient and least painful one ever. We always get 3 bids for any major purchase and I would highly recommend you include the Mortgage Bee team as one of those bids.
